These Terms of Use govern access to Beauties and Cuties and its creator profiles, member accounts, custom-content request features, and related services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Adults only
The site is strictly for adults age 18 or older. You may not access the site if you are under 18 or if adult-oriented material is unlawful where you are located. We may require age or identity verification when appropriate.
United States service
The service is operated for users in the United States. You are responsible for complying with federal, state, and local laws that apply to your use of the site.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
Creator eligibility and verification
Creators must be at least 18 years old, complete any required identity and age verification, and have the legal right and consent necessary to create, submit, and distribute the content associated with their profile.
Consent and prohibited content
Content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual sexual imagery, stolen material, unlawful content, or deceptive sexual impersonation is prohibited. Creators control their own boundaries and may decline, modify, or cancel any request that they do not wish to fulfill.
Custom requests
Requests are subject to creator acceptance, site rules, applicable law, and payment-provider requirements. A submitted request is not guaranteed to be accepted. Any stated delivery time is a target unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
When online payments are enabled, price, payment method, cancellation terms, and any refund eligibility will be disclosed at or before checkout. Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, and attempts to obtain content without payment are prohibited.
Content ownership and personal-use license
Creators retain ownership of their content unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Purchased or delivered content is licensed for the customer's private, personal use only. You may not repost, resell, distribute, publish, scrape, train an artificial-intelligence system on, or otherwise exploit creator content without written authorization.
Privacy and respectful conduct
You may not harass creators, threaten them, attempt to discover or publish private identifying information, bypass site controls, or use the service to facilitate illegal activity. Use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, profiles, or services when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Beauties and Cuties is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, together with applicable federal law of the United States. To the extent permitted by law, disputes that are not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court in Indiana having jurisdiction over the dispute.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are posted. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
